职位描述：

QUALIFICATION 任职资格：

1.熟悉使用办公软件（Excel Word PPT）

2.具有1年以上的质量检验工作经验，有一定的品质意识,了解SPC者优先

3.熟悉使用测量工具,如:卡尺,千分尺,通止规,高度规等.会3D 投影（OGP）测量者优先

4.熟悉图纸,识图,认图

5.工作认真细致，责任心强，思维活跃，良好的团队合作精神

6.能适应三班制。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

1.负责进货检验/过程巡检/成品检验工作

2.按时完成每日产品的常规实验,特殊实验的例行送检

3.负责各工位产品的首末件检验工作, 及首件的定期存档

4.认真填写各项检验记录,记录准确,字迹清晰,结论明确

5.贯彻执行检验标准,过程产品状态的标识规定,并监督生产的执行情况,对不符合要求的予以及时纠正

6.日常过程控制, 监督生产过程中设备参数,人员操作符合WI文件规定标准执行

7.处理过程品质异常,按照公司不合格处理流程及时反馈和协助质量工程师解决

8.完成不合格品处理工作,不合格区域的控制和管理

9.对隔离库的不良品管理,确保实物与SAP台账一致

10.完成每日测量设备和检具的点检保养工作

11.完成QC办公区域的5s工作。
