职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
? On site quality control if some potential risks are defended, prepare quality improvement plan with supplier.
? Help the supplier to find out root cause of the quality deviation if needed, provide suggestions to supplier for improvement and reducing defects, follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions.
? Work together with Procurement department to achieve localization target and be responsible for FA release process.
? Review quality documents before FA delivery.
? If possible, conduct HGES IQA and supplier to evaluate FA result if FA parts meet difficult issues, or communicate with E&D regarding to solve the problem if needed.
? Participate supplier audit and follow up corrective actions.
? Judge inspection report of mass production parts.
? Create 8D report and verify supplier actions in time.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? 2 years SQE working experience at least.
? Mechanism, or engineering background, machining process knowledge will be priority.
? Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
? Good communication skill and team spirit.
