Position Purpose
The purpose of this position is to support the Ford new strategy and fast growing demand of Enterprise Emerging IT.This position will have the responsibility to support Enterprise Emerging IT and Smart Mobility strategy research, communication, planning, and lead Smart mobility business requirement gathering, business analysis, and leverage delivery team including external vendor to deliver IT solutions for Smart mobility and align with business on project scope, planning and communication.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position 

• Conduct Smart Mobility market and tech trend research to form AP IT point of view.
• Communicate with global team and business team to understand global strategy, business strategy and contribute IT strategy research point of view.
• Support overall AP Smart Mobility IT business planning and cycle planning, and lead Smart Mobility sub-category business plan and cycle plan.
• Work together with Smart Mobility business for idea generation, market research to form experiment business model, design experiment, contribute as single point of contact for IT for IT solution design and planning, and lead for IT delivery.

Candidate Specification

• Education Qualification: Bachelor degree or above
• No. of Years of Experience: 6+ years of progressive responsibilities in IT with experience in applying and developing innovative solutions to business problems
• Professional Exposure (Technical Skills): Project/product management and business analysis skill
• Preferred previous experiences: PM or BA.

Functional Skills

• Good IT and/or Business Planning and Strategy experience.
• Demonstrated business value and requirements skills.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Familiarity with emerging Smart Mobility technology, analytics, and associated security.
• Demonstrated ability to lead both internal and external resources with technical depth in emerging areas, e.g. Smart Mobility, Analytics, Application Development
