1. Develop effective Asia Acquisition & activation strategy
2. Roll out A&A strategy to regional with solid implementation plan to support regional revenue & EBIT target
3. Market landscape, Intelligence, competitions and customer insights
4. Explore the potential & new business opportunity via new market expansion, new segment development, new customer identification & new applications to drive regional business growth
5. New leads generation via on-line acquisition campaigns, such as ecommerce
6. New customers generation via off-line campaigns, such as Exhibition, trade show and PR activities
7. Develop strategic partnership network for business corporation
8. Develop new business model by leverage strategic partners’ business network
9. Create new business model to extend business opportunity from commercial to residential via strategic alliance
10. Work very closely with Global Customer VP & KA teams to roll out KA plan into Asia
11. Work with local Sales team to win international projects in local market
12. Identify Asia KA plan to support regional KA plan
