职位描述：

1. 独立地维系客户，并且能主动开发新客户并且提供商业的解决方案来满足客户的需求；
2. 领导和指导设计师在进行的创意工作上达成优秀的结果，确保高质量的创意的输出；
3. 管理项目范围, 进度和预算;
4. 精心设计机构的报告、报价和合同,处理客户的回款；
5. 能协调内部和外部的项目需求，并与同事和客户建立良好的工作关系.



要求：

1. 对零售行业有相当的认识及兴趣，熟悉展览展示、柜台展架，特别是化妆品展架陈列设计;
2. 熟悉制作材质、结构图及相应施工工艺，了解运用相关的材质表现其设计效果 (最好能够了解各材料的成本)；
3. 良好的协调技能，有能力独立地维系客户，并且能主动开发新客户;
4. 有强烈的工作责任感，有激情，进取心 ，能在压力下工作完成项目任务；
5. 工作细致认真，有耐心，能适应出差；
6. 能用粤语流利交流并且在广州工作1年以上;
7. 流利的英语口语及书面表达优先.

Job Description:

- Candidate must be able to maintain clients relationship, search actively for new customers and provide commercial / marketing solutions that fit their needs;
- Lead and direct designers to achieve excellent results in ongoing Creative work;
- Manage project scope, schedule and budgets;
- Elaborate agency presentations, quotations, contracts and be responsible for the payment from clients side;
- Candidate must be able to coordinate internal and external project/execution requirements and be able to build good work relationship with both colleagues and clients.


Requirements:

- Knowledge and genuine interest in the world of retail brands, familiar with exhibition and display, especially cosmetics display;
- Familiar with production material and the construction technology, and using the related material to show the design effect, better to understand the cost.
- Good negotiation skills, be able to search actively for new customers and maintain the customer relationship;
- Strong working responsibilities and working enthusiasm and initiative, be willing to work under pressure to ensure operation of projects;
- Candidate should be careful and patient with job . If necessary, candidates can be on a business trip;
- Fluent Cantonese communication skills with a year working experience in Guangzhou at least;
- Fluent spoken and written English is a big plus.
