Report to: APAC Inventory Planning & Analysis Manager
Location: 长宁区红宝石路500号东银中心A座12楼，地铁10号线伊犁路站3号下，步行10分钟即到

Objective of Job:
? Support to manage the Region forecast and planning solution (MPS), APAC Alfa planning and stocking policy strategy, KPIs and efficient action plans in order to raise to the best in class level (i.e. Fill Rate 98%)
? New Models management will be a key activity to improve KPIs and support growth complexity.

Task Description:
? Create and develop Phase-in process in APAC, manage to correctly set-up all the logistics parameters for new products and properly plan for initial stock orders (IDS) i.e. Stocking policy, logistic matrix, set-up forecast and matrix, safety stock and movement class.
? Prepare replenishment plans by using DRP, define minimum and maximum supply lot with Purchasing.
? Main target is to grant Parts availability for all the APAC markets at the vehicle launch (warehouses) and support Dealers’ IDS definition and availability with the Sales department by forecasting Dealers demand and optimizing safety stocks.
? Manage periodic meeting within the MOPAR departments to track and coordinate pre-launch activities.
? Create KPIs set to support daily activity and Fill Rate / Backorders target.


Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor degree required. Preferred qualifications are: Logistics degree with auto aftersales industry experience
? Experience: Automotive business experience is a must requirement. Knowledge of CSPS (forecasting and planning system) is fundamental. Experience in World Class Manufacturing and 5 step improvement processes are beneficial.

? Skills & Competence
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and operations flows.
- Forecast Knowledge (calculation of demand, of safety stock)
- Problem solving, complicated logistics flows analysis and identification/management of Supply Chain criticalities.
- Must be able to support a team environment, with other management within the company and customer service division. Must be able to report out to Senior management on a daily basis if required. Must be professional, and be self-directed, and able to develop plans based on end result KPI's. Must be able to track daily performance and develop corrective actions if performance levels are not being achieved at a satisfactory level.
