Main Responsibilities

- In charge of the overall management of sales team from planning to achieving the target;

- Execute sales plan, improve the team performance and reach out the goal;

- Coach the team members and be responsible for the performance management of the sales;

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above, ideally major in English, Business or Management, Marketing, etc.

- Excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese

- Good management and problem-shooting skills

- Good team player with strong work ethic

- Confident, positive and hardworking, highly motivated and result-oriented

- At least 1 year sales management experience in international conference or exhibition
