岗位职责
  Job Responsibilities

– 协调和执行供应商在国际环境中有关于内部和外部塑料注塑和注塑工具制造领域的技术项目
To coordinate and carry out suppliers oriented technical projects in an international environment, internally and externally, in the fields of plastic injection and injection tools manufacture
– 技术（每日）跟进供应商的项目，提出项目验证
Technical (daily) follow up of projects from suppliers’ nomination up to projects validation

– 每日根据交货时间跟进项目进度
Day to day project follow up to respect lead time and product delivery
– 协调和监督零件生产以及注射工具从厂家转移到外部和内部生产实体
Coordination and supervision of parts’ production and injection tools transfer from toolmakers to external and internal production entities
– 在项目开发过程中联合项目经理和市场经理共同评审工具和项目成本
Review of tools and project costs during project development jointly with Project Managers/Marketing Managers
– 联合本地质量团队和总部采购团队持续对供应商进行技术评估
Continuous technical evaluation of existing suppliers jointly with local Quality teams and Group Purchasing team
– 联合总部采购团队进行新的潜在供应商的技术评估
Technical evaluation of new potential suppliers jointly with Group Purchasing team
– 联合项目开发团队评估，定义，跟进和建立新的工具、技术和塑料注塑流程
Evaluation, definition, follow up and set up of new tools, technologies and processes for plastic injection jointly with Project Development team
– 联合项目工程师、本地生产实体和质量团队协调和持续执行塑料零部件和注塑工具的改进项目
Coordination and carry out of continuous improvements programs for plastic parts and plastic injection tools jointly with Project Engineers, local production entities and Quality teams
– 为总部内部与本地质量团队提供技术支持和根据供应商的情况制定正确的行动
Technical support to internal Group and local Quality teams for problems solving and corrective action follow up at suppliers
– 为生产研发部门工程师在塑料零件的设计方面提供技术支持：可行性，构想，铸造的过程，降低成本
Technical support to Product Development Engineers in plastic part design: feasibility, conception, molding process, cost reduction
– 塑料零件或工具成本估计
Plastic parts/tools costs estimation

Job Qualification
岗位资质:

学 历:
Education: – 模具，塑料或机械工程专业大专或以上学历
Diploma / Degree or above, majoring in Mold, Plastic or Mechanical Engineering

工作经验:
Experience: – 塑料注塑、塑料注塑流程和塑料注塑技术方面的实用和技术工作经验
Wide proven practical and technical experience in plastic injection, plastic injection processes and plastic injection technologies
– 熟悉模具设计，制造和注塑工艺
Familiar with mold design, manufacturing and plastic processing is essential,
– 至少 5 年工业环境中类似职位工作经验,2年以上模具项目管理经验 ;
Min. 5 years experience in a similar position in industrial environment,a minimum of 2 years experiences in tooling project management.
外语水平: – 英语流利，拥有德国或法国相关知识者优先考虑
Foreign language skills: Fluent English, active knowledge of German or French being an advantage
计算机水平: – 熟练运用OFFICE软件，熟悉CAD/CAM系统优先考虑
Computer skills: Familiar with OFFICE software，active knowledge of a CAD/CAM system is considered as an advantage
