Main responsibility:
? Lead a sales team to achieve regional sales targets in highly business commitment and creditability.
? Identify and develop new business opportunities whilst expanding sales and adding values to existing client base.
? Develop, propose and implement sales and business tactics within the responsible region.
? Manage the daily regional sales operation well and work closely with internal departments to leverage the full values to support the customers.
? Select, retain, motivate, discipline, train and develop subordinates to act as a competent and cooperative sales team.
? Make, follow up, control, forecast department budget so as to keep strict and effective control of expenses while complying with the regulations of the company.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or related subjects.
? At least 8 years sales experiences in mechanical industry, with a minimum of 3 years or above department management experience in MNC.
? Deep knowledge on pneumatic products will be a plus.
? Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and complex projects.
? Strong interpersonal communication skills and team leadership ability. Proactive, self-motivated, be able to work under pressure.
? Have business acumen and excellent commercial skills.
? Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
? Good command of both oral and written English.
? Be willing to travel around frequently.
