职位描述：

工作职责：

1.协助推广公司并能够在幼儿园或其他城市开发新的商业机会,发展潜在客户;

2.与孩子和家长建立和维护好良好的关系;

3.及时处理客户的咨询及投诉，并提升现有客户的满意度；

4.接听商务电话和微信，协助其他行政相关的事项。

岗位要求：

大专学历，市场，经济或商务英语专业优先考虑；

两年以上拥有销售助理，客户管理经验；

简单日常英语对话，有一定中文书写翻译能力；

喜欢小孩，并乐于在这样的环境下工作；

外向活泼，性格好，态度积极向上；

Responsibilities:

1.Find new clients in Shanghai by promoting Little M Kids Music Academy, Promote our special method of Music training. Develop new business opportunities with kindergardens, daycares in Shanghai and also in other cities.

2.Maintain and explore good relationship with existing clients ( parents, kids)

3.Handle customer general enquiry and complaint timely, and enhance satisfaction of existing customers.

4.Answer business calls and wechat, support on other admin related matter.

Requirements:
1.College degree with major in marketing, economy or business English;

2. Above 2 years business development, sales or account management experience

3.Basic English required for greeting foreign clients. Work will be done in Chinese.

4.Willing to work with kids, love children

5.Outgoing and nice personality, target oriented and positive attitude; independent thinker, come up with solutions by yourself.

6.Live in Qingpu-Xu Jing area is preferable.
