工作职责         

1.   Interacts with customers to establish design specifications and program timing requirements. Develops and maintains program timelines.

2.  Applies expert knowledge in the evaluation and development of products for optimum performance and manufacturability.

使用专业技能评估和开发产品的光学和制造能力。

3.  Provides project management of new product introductions. Supports APQP process per responsibilities defined in the APQP procedures.

提供新项目管理指导书。根据APQP程序定义的职责，带领团队完成APQP过程。

4. Initiates and manages product and/or process changes as needed to support customer directives, improve product performance and quality, resolve manufacturing problems, decrease costs, etc.

5. Solves complex production problems.

解决产品的问题。

6. Initiates quotations, work orders and purchase orders for new product tooling.

为新产品的工装夹具发起报价，下发指令以及订单。

7. Prepares all required product documentation or data.

准备产品开发的资料和数据。

8. Communicates internally to organize molding try-outs and pilot builds.

与内部组织沟通试模与样件制作事宜。

9. Communicates with USA headquarters to manage and distribute engineering documents.

与美国总部沟通工程文件的管理与发放。

10. Sets up machines to build development parts, evaluates parts using QA instruments, and generates analysis reports.

根据产品的测试分析报告，设置机器开发和评估产品。

11. Develops, or assists in the development of, Monroe policies, procedures and work instructions.

制定或协助公司制定政策，流程以及作业指导书

Qualifications:

1. Education: colleague graduate with mechanical/ engineering major

教育：机械或工程类大专及以上学历。

 2.Experience: 2years relevant experience in the automotive industry. Experience with plastics is preferred.

工作经验：2年以上汽车行业相关的工作经验。有塑料件工作经验优先

3. Can use CAD and UG.

能操作CAD和UG

4.Native Mandarin; Can work with English email and participate English conference call.

普通话,能处理英文邮件，参加英文电话会议。

5.Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project.

熟练操作电脑，包括Word, Excel and Microsoft Project。

6. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA.

熟悉APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA.

 7. Good analytical and planning skills

 善于分析和计划。

8.Professional communication and interpersonal skills, excellent leadership and a good team player.

有专业的技术交流和人际交往能力，优秀的领导能力以及良好的团队合作精神。

 9.Qualified to travel internationally.
