Process Engineer (Shift)

Position Overview:　
In this job the candidate will be a member of highly rigorous and dedicated team of production for LCoS(Liquid Cristal on Silicon). The position is focused primarily on process controlling, hold lot treating, production yield improvement, and manufacturing techniques and product development, in a semiconductor company. The LCOS process engineer will interact with equipment/integration/manufacturing engineering teams to ensure the mass production and engineering sample's delivery.

Responsibilities:　
1. Learn existing LCOS cell assembly(LCA) manufacturing process, familiar with whole LCA process;
2. Work in shifts on process controlling, on-site process trouble shooting, hold lot treating, production yield improvement and related report preparation;
3. Process improvement by Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA)/Control Plan(CP), statistical methods for process control (SPC) and design of experiment(DOE) ;
4. Support to on-site equipment down trouble shooting;
5. Special improving project assigned by manager during working in shift


Requirements:
1. Good communication and coordination skills, related process integration, liquid crystal device

working experience is a plus for the position.
2. Competence in on site problem solving as well as issue reporting out ability is a must.
3 Can work in shifts to ensure mass production
4 Bachelor degree in an engineering and scientific field such as Optics, Electronics, Engineering or

Science background. If excellent enough, college degree is acceptable
5 1~3 Years experience in LCD related cell process is a plus, and turn shift experience in TFT-LCD

cell fab is highly preferred.
6 Enough knowledge of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA)/Control Plan(CP), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles
