职位描述：
Title: Purchasing Manager
Department: Commercial Department
Reports to: Commercial Manager

Purpose:
To improve purchasing activities in China (possibly extended to South East Asia area) relating to fine chemicals, GMP APIs and equipment for Dishman Group with the aim of achieving GMP compliant sourcing standard and maximum sourcing efficiency.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Proactively seek new possibility to achieve sourcing competiveness and efficiency
- Endeavour to meet purchasing budget
- Aim to achieve GMP compliant sourcing procedure
- Have good understanding on non-GMP chemicals purchase standard requirement and procedure
- Have general understanding on GMP API products purchase.
- Handle with whole sourcing procedure including price and contract negotiation, suppliers/products qualification, supply chain arrangement and commercial support for related areas. To make sure purchase procedure is GMP compliant.
- Meet raw materials purchasing requirement from group subsidiaries including India, UK, US and Switzerland
- Meet purchase requirement (including production raw materials, R&D materials and equipment) from various departments at Caobogen Shanghai site
- ERP system management
- Deal with complaints occurred in purchase procedure
- Keep sourcing activities compliant with latest local regulations and related market regulations.
- To behave ethically in daily office work and business performance.
- Meet with suppliers via exhibition or business visit


SKILLS
8-10 year purchase experience in chemical or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Chemical/pharmaceutical background is preferred
Sufficient knowledge on Chinese chemical market and key chemical suppliers
Excellent communication skills in English
Managerial experience is preferred

CARBOGEN AMCIS is a market leading supplier for drug substance services for the pharmaceutical industry and also produces both drug substances and final medicines for clinical trials and commercial supply.
