Location

Main mission
Lead the team to develop and maintain sales network in assigned channels
Coordinate with all the parties involved such as distributors, wholesalers etc. to ensure proper implementation of sales strategy
Main Responsibilities
Achieve sales / product penetration targets, and work within assigned trade support budget
Develop and maintain Golden & Non Golden Accounts in assigned channels
Manage accounts on regular basis, sales calls etc.
Provide Wait Staff training / incentive program
Increase market share
Develop and Implement trade/consumer promotion program
Enforce implementation of Best Practices to optimize business results
Conduct display, merchandising etc.
Coordinate with local wholesalers for sales execution and process
Manage and develop the team
Managerial competencies & Personal aptitudes
Effective communication and influencing skills, be able to communicate with all levels of people
Strong organization skills, be able to prepare, present and follow up the business plans
Be able to lead, train and develop people
Account management (Hotel & Restaurant Channel)
Professional selling and negotiation skills
Presentation Skills
Self-motivated with drive, passion and high integrity
Outgoing and open-minded
Be efficient and pleasant in working through others
Results-oriented and desiring for personal growth and achievement
Experience & Qualification
University / College degree
At least 4 years sales and management experience in multinational FMCG companies, preferably with beverage and on trade sales experience
Good understanding of previous working experience with high class hotels
Good command of oral and written English
Good computer skills
