职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 从后台管理系统中导出数据，筛选后异常记录；
2. 打电话给客户的各个店铺，确认我们产品已正常开启；
3. 跟踪设备异常情况，直到异常解决；
4. 和全国各地的外派工程师联络，电话无法解决的故障安排工程师解决；
5. 做好统计报表，分析故障的分布和解决的周期；
6. 业务文件的分发、整理及归档 。
任职要求：
1. 熟练使用Office；
2. 有高度的客户服务意识和强烈的责任心；
3. 需要很强和学习能力强和抗压能力；
4. 具有良好的的团队协作能力及独立思考和解决问题的能力；
5. 熟悉计算机相关常识；
6. 了解移动互联网产品的开发过程，有零售行业经验者优先。
