工作职责：
1、负责运输业务管理程序的制定和完善；定义满足客户需求的运输方案；
2、培训、指导、监督项目组运输相关人员（包括对运输商的）正确业务运作；
3、协助处理与运输相关的客户投诉或其他紧急事件；
4、负责所有运输车队报价整合，以及报价询价工作；
5、定期提交运输管理的各种报表，并做好所有运输车队KPI考核以达到符合公司及客户的要求。

职位要求：
1、40岁以下，大专以上学历、流利普通话、有英语基础（CET4以上或同等水平）;
2、五年以上运输管理工作经验;
3、优秀的客户服务意识及流程管理意识和技巧；
4、熟悉物流行业及国内运输市场，有丰富的车队资源优先;
5、熟悉运输管理软件，能熟练使用电脑和OFFICE软件;
6、良好的书面化技能和口头沟通能力，掌握人际交往技巧和团队协调进步能力；
7、独立思考、计划的能力。
