Under the responsibility of the office manager, the logistic assistant will be in charge of several missions:

Organizing and following all Shanghai deliveries (during the first month, will be assisted by logistic assistant 1):
- Recording the deliveries in our software
- Communicating and coordinating with our driver, warehouse, salespeople, customers, salesassistant and cashiers
- Filing and doing administrative work related to deliveries (purchase orders, deliveries receipts..)

Checking and calculating deliveries fees of logistic companies

Recording deliveries statistic

Doing other tasks if needed

In August 2011, our company invested in Kartel, a high-end red wine bar which is located at No. 1 North Xiangyang Road, near Julu road in the city center. Our wine bar features an open-air balcony, a private bar on the 4th floor, and a lobby bar on the 5th floor, and has more than 200 kinds of selected red wines.
