Identify, evaluate and develop Raw material suppliers according to Tarkett Purchasing Strategy
Prepare Asia Raw Material Supplier study (product, capacity, constraints)
Propose Raw Material Short list with selection criteria's
Prepare Supplier Capability assessment
Prepare Supplier validation road map (product, Cost, Supply chain, Volume plan)
Organize product sampling and communication with Suppliers
Manage Supplier routine
Supplier Management
Supplier Process & Quality audit
Prepare and update Supplier Quality alert report
Check and validate Supplier Quality improvement action plan
Supplier Capacity study
Tarkett Order management follow up and progress report
Supplier Development
Manage Supplier development program defined together with the Lead Buyers
Maintain routine Supplier performance Dashboard
Report Monthly KPI's to Lead Buyers
Qualifications
Experience in Supplier Process and Quality audit. Skills in problem solving and resolution plan. Ability to prepare and communicate status report to both Tarkett Lead Buyer and Suppliers. Purchasing experience in a international environment.
Bahasa/English is mandatory
