Position: AR Credit Controller （应收账款专员）

Report to: Finance & Admin Manager （财务行政经理）

Location: Shanghai （上海）

Job Description:

1.Monitor AR aging reports in regards to financial obligations.

根据财务管理的要求监管应收账款的帐龄

2.Maintain close contact with sales department to ensure customer is providing payment, ability to plan, set schedules and take into action.

与销售部门密切合作，制订收款计划以确保客户及时付款

3.Report AR status to FM, Sales Manager and Managing Director on weekly basis.

每周向财务经理、销售经理和执行董事提交应收账款报告

4. Set up credit control system and set credit limitation / terms to all customers as request.

建立应收账款的信用控制体系，按照要求设定客户的信用等级

5.Contact with customers to ensure the payment be made in time.

与客户联系，确保货款及时到帐

6.Control DSO days and ratio of long-term debts set by top management.

控制应收账款的平均回收期和长期债务的比率

7.Carry out other assignments, support or activities as required by FM.

其它财务经理安排的工作

Requirement:

1.Bachelor's degree with accounting and / or business major.

本科学历，财务或商务专业

2.Minimum 4 years relevant job experience, 2+ years in Multi-National company preferred.

至少四年应收账款的经验，两年以上跨国公司工作经验为佳

3.Good communication both in English and Chinese, fluent oral English.

中英文沟通能力强，英语口语流利

4.Need to be self-motivated and a good team leader.

能够自我激励，并且注重团队合作

5.Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.

分析能力强，具有系统思维的能力

6.Good organization skills.

有良好的组织能力

7.Strong ability to convey urgency while maintaining relationship and realizing customer needs.
