岗位职责：
1.跟进人力资源管理各模块的日常工作
2.完成公司品牌宣传的雇主品牌模块
3.培训新员工和提供及时辅导
4.配合推广企业文化，促进企业与员工之间的有效交流与沟通
5.领导安排的其它临时事项

职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历；国际金融与贸易、人力资源、法学相关专业优先
2.擅长文案撰写；沟通及人际协调能力佳
3.熟练使用Excel、word等office软件
4.有意愿演讲和适当出差者优先
5.责任心强、细致认真，能承受一定的工作压力
