A Production Executive for EYELEVEL is the person responsible for assisting production manager to coordinating suppliers to produce our clients’ designs. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners, negotiators and team players working closely with our designers, CAD engineers, other production mangers, quality inspectors, roll-out managers, assembly teams, logistic managers, installation teams and finance department. They complement the project team by managing supplier production and overseeing assembly and packing of articles in the required quality and time frame.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with production manager to develop and keep excellent relationships with all suppliers, liaison between different material suppliers for cross production checks.
2. Assist the production manager in collecting, sorting and analyzing related data, prepare the quotation and make the production plan.
3. Ensure quality of technical documentation - production drawings, bill of materials, metal data.
4. Perform all duties of QC at supplier’s facilities and on incoming components to PACKIT.
5. Manage claims of damaged or missing components.
6. Actively search for new technologies and suppliers.

Requirements:
1. Self-confident and able to motivate his suppliers to a high quality standard

3. Flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job
4. Good communication skills for both personal and written interaction with suppliers
5. Able to learn fast specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc

Software:
o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
o Knowledge of 3D design software advantageous
o Knowledge of Inventor software advantageous

o English – fluent level
o Chinese language – native level
