Bachelor degree in economics and above

Professional Experience:
-2 to 5 years experience in event organization, sales and / or event marketing
-Working experience in international companies will be a plus

Qualifications / competences / skills:
-Strong skills in sales, organization and communication
-Being self-confidential, well structured and a "doer"
-Strong project management skills
-Skills in Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint)
-Experiences with CRM systems will be a plus
-High customer orientation and sense of service
-Strong team working spirit

Responsibilities:
-Marketing and sales of our public training program
-Interface to and coordination of training partners and internal trainers
-Processing and organization of academy events
-Direct-Marketing / Mailings for purpose of gaining participants: sales of seminars and trainings
-Enhancing and improving address data base and keeping data base up-to-date
-Public training after sales, lead generation for consulting branch
-Organization of benchmark tours and factory visits for (international) customers
