职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、业务发展Biz Development
1.1） 基于公司长期战略和阶段性经营目标，负责组织实施所属区域/城市市场发展和销售工作
Responsible for local marketing and sales based on long term strategy and phased targets
1.2） 基于公司项目执行流程负责配合、支持项目经理完成所属范围的新项目实施
Support PM to finish new project implementation based on company execution process

2、运作管理Ops
2.1） 负责分公司日常运作管理， 确保运作的及时、完好、正确、高效
Responsible for daily ops to ensure its timely and efficient
2.2） 建立、完善分公司运作、管理、执行系统，并基于客户合同要求和业务发展需要完整、有效的落实和执行。
Build and improve ops, management and execution system to execute effectively based on request of clients:

3、人事行政管理HR &ADMIN
3.1） 负责分公司人事行政管理工作
Responsible for HR & AD Managerment of Branch
3.2） 负责所属单位地方的政府部门（工商、税务、劳动、社保、公安、法院、纪检等部门）沟通、协作和执行，确保所属单位合规、合法的经营和发展
responsible for their units of local government sectors (industry and commerce, taxation, labor, social security, public security, courts, discipline inspection departments) communication, collaboration and execution to ensure compliance affiliation, legitimate business and development

4、财务管理FINANCE
4.1） 对分公司业务运营盈亏平衡负责，确保有效有序完成公司盈利指标和各项目标
responsible for branch operations breakeven ensuring the effective and orderly completion of the company profit targets and goals
4.2） 严格执行公司的财务制度、流程和相关程序，基于客户合同及时有效完成结算和收款工作
strict implementation of the company's financial systems, processes and procedures, based on effective and timely completion of customer contract settlement and collection efforts

5、安全管理Security
5.1） 确保分公司严格执行日常安全制度和流程，确保货物、设备和人员的安全。
ensure strict implementation of daily security branch systems and processes to ensure that cargo, equipment and security personnel.

6、客户管理Customer management
6.1） 负责所在地客户关系管理和执行，确保有序、有效的业务运作服务；
responsible for the location of customer relationship management and implementation, to ensure an orderly, efficient operations and services;

7、报告管理Report management
7.1） 月度工作报告包括：Monthly report including
a) 客户投诉、事故报告customer complaints and accidents report
b) 分公司税前盈亏平衡表pre-tax profit and loss balance sheet of branch
c) 客户服务绩效指标报告KPI report of customers
d) 分包商服务绩效报告 KPI service report of subcontractors
7.2） 支持总公司人事/行政、质量、IT等部门有效执行落实公司各项制度、政策、流程，确保各项工作有序有效的展开。
Effectively execute rules, strategy, process to ensure effective running to support；

8、管理执行Execution
8.1） 严格执行和落实总部各项政策、决议、指令
strict implementation of the headquarters of the policies, resolutions, instructions
8.2） 主动跟进跨区作业的问题解决、积极开展跨区合作
Actively follow up cross-operating to solve the problem, and actively carry out cross-cooperation

8.3） 同各部门、各分公司间保持密切沟通与协作，确保公司（客户）整体目标的达成
maintain close communication and coordination to ensure that the overall objectives of the company (customers) to be reached among all branches



岗位要求：
1）本科学历以上。Bachelor or above
2）候选人至少有10年以上仓库经理/分公司经理的工作经验。
At least 10 years or above WH mgr/branch ofs mgr exp.
3）须有5年以上运输管理经验尤其外包模式和分包商管理。
2 years above transportation exp. Especially outsourcing mode and subcontractor management
4）娴熟的办公软件应用能力包括Excel, Word, PPT 等，有WMS/RF的使用经验。
Familiar with MS ofs software incl. Excel, word, ppt and hands on exp. For WMS/RF
5）良好的中文书写和口头表达能力，能用英文读、写邮件。
Good oral and writing ability for Chinese and able to read and write mails in English
6）管理能力Management
以本人指导行动带动其他团队成员，建立一个学习、成长和发展环境，不断地发展和提高分公司能力实现公司目标
Self guiding to move others and build a learning. Growing and developing environment. Continuously improve ability to accomplish goals
