Marcom Manager
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for product marketing communication plan for the whole company's product, to create effective new demand and new market growth. Support the annual sales quota by providing marketing programs and sales tools to support the revenue objective;
2. Under the new financial year's market strategy and budget, make out marcom plan, covering clients, partners, distributors, exhibitions, seminar, roadshow, media, PR Agency etc.;
3. Keep close cooperation with nationwide trade media and general media;
4. Organizing press conference, commercial breakfast, banquet and elite salon.
5. Collect competitor and industry information, supply these to sales team and generate plans.
6. Choose PR Agency, direct, manage and evaluate their work;
7. Set up company and product website;
8. Publish all the company and product brochure/datasheet/User Guide etc.
9. Responsible for the daily management of the marcom team, arrange daily work, provide necessary guidance, review their performance and improve staffs’ working efficiency and skills;
Profile of Candidate
1. Full-time Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business administration or related;
2. At least 8 years of relevant working experience preferably with strategic marketing experiences in B2B business, at least 3 years’ management skill;
3. Solid experience in event & project management and e-marketing;
4. Good knowledge and skills in building up network with press, media and journalists in the region;
5. Ability to deal with numerous tasks of changing priorities;
6. Strong market sensitivity;
7. Possess good copywriting and editing skills is definitely an advantage;
8. Possess intercultural understanding and behavior;
9. Fluency in English and Chinese;
10. Dedicated, result oriented, takes initiative and proactive;
11. Excellent interpersonal, organization and co-ordination skills;
12. Extensive travel within country and region.

3. 负责与全国专业媒体和大众媒体建立密切合作关系;
4. 筹办新闻发布会、商务早餐、晚宴及精英沙龙,撰写并发布新闻稿;
5. 收集竞争对手及行业内市场信息,反馈给销售团队,制定相应策略;
6. 选择公关公司,指导、管理、评估其工作;
7. 组织建立公司及产品网站;
8. 负责公司及各产品的宣传册的出版;
9. 负责市场部的日常管理工作,合理安排人员工作内容,做出必要的指导,审核工作表现,并不断提升人员素养与工作技能;
任职要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历,市场营销或企业管理类专业;
2. 至少8年以上市场营销相关工作经验,最好是具备B2B业务战略营销经验,至少3年以上团队管理经验;
3. 具备项目项目管理和营销经验;
4. 具备良好的知识和技能,在当地拥有建立网络,媒体和记者资源;
5. 能够适应不断变化的市场需求,具备高强度任务处理经验;
6. 强劲的市场敏感度;
7. 具有良好的文案和编辑技能;
