职位描述:

工作职责：

1. 机票、酒店、公司车和其他日常办公室事务的支持；

2. 一般办公室设施的维护和相关供应商的联络；

3. 内部流程、数据整理和其他公司活动的协助；

4. 协助其他部门打印、复印有关文件资料；

5. 需要做行政费用的统计；

6. 偶尔需要做reception的backup；

7. 其他与行政或人事业务相关的工作。

岗位要求：

1. 大学专科或以上学历，大四学生优先，良好的中、英文沟通交流能力；

2. 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，EXCEL操作技能 ；

3. 一周保证四天以上的工作时间；

4. 思路清晰，头脑清楚，较强的语言表达能力和文字表达能力；

5. 有较强的敬业精神，工作认真细致。
