Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of client needs from different market segment and competitive intelligence as well as key market development; execute primary research on as needed basis to develop insight.
2. Research equity product moduls such as company Capital Operations.Industry Classification, Index Compilation,Industy Index'es calculating,Concensus Data,Earnings Forcasting Model and Tolls' development.

Top 3 Requirements

1. Solid complex financial analytical skills and strong business acumen, ideally from the banking or global financial information vendors, with on-the-ground experience in mainland China.
2. Track record in large scale and research analyst related and management role; solid skills and experience in defining content direction and roadmap.
3. Strategic thinking; driving execution; forming partnerships with team.

Special Requirements

1. Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
2. Solid financial knowledge and client engagement management and defining client needs.
3. Tolerance for stress; innovative thinking and positive can-do attitude.
