职位描述：
Position Title: Senior Instrument & Electrical Engineer / 高级仪表电气工程师
Working Location: Nantong, Jiangsu
                               江苏省 南通市 经济技术开发区江海路9号

Responsibility:
？ Work in interdisciplinary maintenance teams and production team.
？ Technical support for I&E’s technician
？ Evaluation PM schedule to meet equipment stable operation
？ Evaluation plant maintenance strategy to meet GB code/requirement.
？ RCA for key equipment failure or repeatable problem.
？ Join the HAZOP review, provide necessary technical support.
？ Support SAP short term and long term management.
？ Support maintenance manager to join the Globe best practice sharing.
？ Work with DCS engineer to build up standard control philosophy, optimize existing control sequence and flow chart.
？ Support the project/ engineering manager with regard to various electrical and instrumentation issue
？ Prepare the I&E project design basis and scope (Front-End-Engineering) including technology selection, I&E-part of flow-sheets (P&ID), hard- and software specification, I&E-relevant layouts, concepts for safety instrumented system
？ Execute and control the I&E-relevant design-engineering phase of projects, including design calculations, instrumentation and equipment choice, detailed design of instruments, hard- and software selection, software programming, technical clarifications with other internal disciplines (e.g. process, piping, procurement) or external contractors
？ Perform function descriptions & operating instructions
？ Supervise construction and installation of all I&E parts
？ Organize and execute or supervise the loop checks and functional checks of the I&E-loops
？ Provide technical support in the field of I&E during start-up including “trouble-shooting”

 
Requirements:
Experience 经验要求
？ At least 10 years working experience as international company.
？ Solid experience& background in team development and build up.
？ Very strong engineering sense and able to make right decision when necessary.
？ SAP expertise
？ Knowledge of relevant legislation, official specifications, regulations and technical instructions
？ Familiar with PHA process
？ Knowledge of DCS and ESD system
Ability 能力要求
？ Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing
？ Very strong EHS awareness
？ Proven record on medium & large scale project management
？ Good organization and analytical abilities Strong communication skills Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in written and spoken
？ Bachelor or above degree in Automation control.
