职责描述：

1、会读图纸，并按工程图纸、详细进度表、费用预算、程序、质量要求和安全标准协助PM对现场施工活动进行实施并监控; 能熟练的运用CAD软件者优先；
2、协助PM物料控制，包括材料，家具和机电设备;
3、协助PM与建造商/供应商、工程师和客户沟通，更新工程进度并制作报告。
4、协助PM传达每日和每周的工程施工计划，确保按计划正常实施;
5、协助PM管理并确保工程施工按照工程合同进行，包括成本、质量、进度和现场施工。
6、灵活办公，在需要的时候愿意到项目或施工地出差。

任职资格：
1，大专以上学历，须具有建筑学、土木工程、工程管理专业背景。
2，1年建筑工程行业工作经验。
3，流利的英语口语和写作能力。
4，工作作风严谨，耐心细致，坚持原则，积极主动，有良好的职业素养，擅于沟通，为人谦虚，擅于听取他人意见和建议，有团队合作精神；
5， 具有良好的理解和综分析合能力，能够有计划的协调整体工作进度，具备独立处理和解决问题的能力，较强学习能力以及学习意愿；
6，具有卓越的沟通和协调上能力。
7，优秀的组织能力、分析和解决问题能力。
8，对预先制造或模块化建筑行业有浓厚兴趣的优先。


Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist to implement field construction activities in accordance with project drawings, specifications schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards.
2. Assist to manage construction resources including materials, furniture, and M&E equipment.
3. Assist to provide record for the development of project schedules in cooperation with the constructors/suppliers and engineers and planners;
4. Assist to ensure that daily and weekly short-range planning is maintained down to the foreman level;
5. Assist to manage the contractual commitments of constructors, including cost, quality, and schedule and coordinates their field activities.
6. Flexible to work in office and to travel across our construction locations in China when required.

Qualifications/Experience:
1. Collage degree above in Architecture/ Project management or civil engineering major background.
2. Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related construction or engineering industry.
3. Fluent speaking and writing in English.
4, Rigorous, patient and meticulous, principled, proactive, modesty and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
5, Excellent understanding to coordinate the overall progress with independent processing and problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
6. Excellence on communication and coordination.
7. Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skill, as well as project construction management skill.
8. Has a real passion for prefabrication or modular building is preferred. 举报 分享
