职位描述：
Responsibility  

· Support core IT infrastructure and applications including banking application servers, active directory, file and print services, backup and recovery.
· Manage data centre M&E components and ensure update of data centre
· Monitor and manage system performance and capacity, including but not limited to the servers, networks, PCs and software
· Maintain accurate hardware and software assets
· Evaluate, recommend, plan, procure, implement, integrate and maintain hardware and software as needed to support the business.
· Plan, procure and implement technology refresh on IT assets
· Ensure compliance of IT environment to head office and regulatory requirements.
· Work closely with head office on systems managed out of head office
· Responsible for technical aspect of disaster recovery planning and testing.
· Collaborate with team in troubleshooting complex infrastructure-related issues
· Work with 3rd  party vendors to troubleshoot and implement technologies.
· Assist in creating documentation outlining day-to-day operational processes which include standard support and maintenance activities, change requests, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and as-is architecture.

Job Requirements

· Expert knowledge with Microsoft Core Infrastructure
· Familiar with Windows Desktop environment
· VMware ESXi and vCenter
· Experienced with managing hardware
· Experienced in managing a small sized data center
· Familiar with Storage environment
· Knowledge of networking concepts: LAN, WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switching and routing.

Qualifications:

· Degree in computer science or similar discipline
· Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a similar capacity supporting IT Infrastructure
· Experience in the financial or a face paced environment
· Microsoft Certification is a plus
· Experience working with 3rd party suppliers/vendors and ensuring delivery of high-quality services and products.
· Systems integration experience
· Excellent organization and communication skills in both Chinese and English, written and verbal;
· Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
· Sense of urgency; flexible and adaptable; works well under pressure.
