职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Provide wide range of secretarial support to Vice President Asia and assigned team (e.g. typing, filing, travel & meeting schedule planning, expenses report preparation, etc.)
2.Manage Vice President Asia’s business calendar for business activity scheduling
3.Draft/prepare memos, emails, meeting materials, presentations and other documentations
4.Make arrangement for VIP visitors, including invitation letter, visa application, agenda and reception support
5.Supply excellent document and oral translation
6.Handle other tasks assigned by the reporting Vice President Asia
7.Join business trips worldwide with high travel frequency
8.Keep close contact to German headquarters assistances

REQUIREMENTS:
1.German and English, Mass Communication or Organizational Behavior, Bachelor Degree
2.A minimum of 2 years progressive secretarial / assistant experience.
3.Strong verbal and written skills in German and English
4.Planning and organizing
5.Sense of urgency and confidentiality
