Job Title:

Your Tasks:Receptionist (工作地点：松江洞泾镇沈砖公路6000号)

1. Front-Desk Management:
- Receive external phone calls, screen and transfer internally in a professional way

- Handle faxes, courier deliveries and other supplies

- Updating telephone list timely
- Prepare conditions for visitors, welcome, register and guide them internally

2. Admin Function:

- Purchasing and distribute stationery and other consumables with timely and efficiency.

- Payment application for admin related expense & cost allocation

- Support in travel plan for other team member (booking flight tickets, hotel, pick up arrange and etc.)
- Arrange and supervise office cleaning, shuttle bus service, storeroom managment
- Conference room booking and setup coordination

- Support with other administrative issue internally

Your Profile:

- Colleague degree or above, major in Secretary, HR, Administrative Management preferred.

- Experience in reception & admin function, owns 1 year or above related working experience, esp. in multination company will be preferred

我们的工作时间为周一至周五 8：30-17：00，并提供多条线路班车。(莘庄，普陀，松江）
