Job Title: Analyst (Operations, Morning Shift)

Description: The Operations Analyst is responsible for meeting the daily deliverables of the client’s Service Level Agreement. The Operations Analyst will require a comprehensive understanding of all reconciliation processes with prime brokers and counterparties. The successful candidate will have the ability to follow processes and have a fundamental understanding of complex financial instruments.
Your most important tasks and responsibilities are:
1. Production of daily operational deliverables in line client service level agreements
2. Daily Trade processing and trade approval
3. Daily Trade, Position and Cash Reconciliation
4. Review daily PnL and identify anomalies
5. Updating Security Master File information
6. Break resolution for all open items with the brokers or clients including cash, trades, positions, collateral margin calls, settlements, confirmations and daily pricing issues.
7. Review of Over the Counter (OTC) master agreements and confirmations
8. Verifying Corporate Actions reporting for all funds
9. Work with client in a professional manner to resolve any open issues
Qualification:
1. Bachelor level degree in accounting, finance, economics or other relevant professional designation;
2. Experience in Financial Services with an exposure to P&L Reporting or Operations processing is preferred;
3. Product knowledge of Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and Derivative Product knowledge;
4. Knowledge of Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Banking Operations;
5. Strong customer relationship skills and English ability.

基金运营分析员负责根据公司与客户签署之服务合同的具体要求完成每日客户报告。要求该岗位全面理解主要经纪商以及交易对手方的交易核对流程。一个合格的基金运营分析员应对复杂的金融产品有基本了解、并具有依照业务流程操作的能力。
主要工作内容、职责如下：
1. 根据客户服务合同的规范要求，按时、按质完成每日客户报告
2. 每日交易处理以及交易确认
3. 每日交易、现金以及头寸核对
4. 审查每日盈亏报告，及时处理误差
5. 及时更新证券数据库信息
6. 处理日常交易过程中的现金、交易、头寸、保证金、结算、定价的误差
7. 每日审核客户衍生品（OTC）交易合同
8. 时时处理公司行为所引发的基金持仓、现金、数据库信息等变化
9. 以专业的态度协同客户处理需要解决的问题
岗位要求：
