职位描述：
Legal Counsel is responsible for conducting the activities related to all legal matters, in coordination with external law firms, providing legal advice to all the business units in country wide, drawing up legal documents and services and analyzing new legal normative.

 - Report to the CEO China and functionally to the General Counsel of HQ in Spain;
 - Ensure and implement corporate compliance (Ethics, Tax, etc.)
 - Ensure the company’s business goals and objectives be duly implemented legally and ethically, including process and projects, entity formation, and litigation/arbitration, etc.
  - Manage external law firms so that they will be providing high quality and cost efficient legal service to the company
 - Design and manage legal review process to enable the legal function to provide adequate legal service, including standardizing legal process and agreement templates etc.
 - Provide training and education to other internal departments on relevant legal hot topics
 - Relevant responsibilities as may be assigned by the CEO.

Other Qualitification:
§ LLM or Jurum Doctor is preferred.
§ License to practice in China or in a common law jurisdiction.
