本职位工作地点在五角场万达广场。

Essential Functions of the Job:
Understand business needs, and overall manage the space allocation and facilities for buy trips held in buy trip center
Provide data and conduct analysis for buy trip
Work with sourcing team needed to coordinate buy trip operation meetings.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Support Sourcing Support supervisor to coordinate following business operations activities in buy trip center:
Collect monthly buy trip request, do space allocation according to different schedule of each team, to ensure space arrangement is efficiency and compatible
Give sufficient support to sourcing teams to accomplish buy trips/meeting held in layout center
Ensure good service and assistance provided to buyers, visitors and associates
Execute the onsite buy trip request
Handle requisition of store supply and fixed assets
Ensure current vendor management is in line with company policy
Support sourcing teams to prepare relating initiatives
Main person to communicate with the landlord and external operation parties.
Provide data for buy trip data for management review, generate relevant reports to help shape sourcing behavior, operations, tactics, and strategy in buy trip area.
Provide proposal for management review
Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes/Other Requirements:
High level of personal & business integrity
University graduate or 3 years working experience in managing large and complex projects.
Good skill with data and information analysis tools
Analytically rigorous and able to manage and interpret large amounts of data to guide decision making.
Strong process orientation and highly customer centric
Excellent communication (can convey complex ideas in a simple way) & interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally
Able to work under pressure, tough deadlines and performance pledges
Able to communicate both in English and Chinese
Advanced PC skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Database, PowerPoint, Project and etc. 举报 分享
