1.有1年外派客户IT支持维护经验,有跨国公司驻现场经验更佳；
2.熟悉HELPDESK支持流程；.
3.良好的客户沟通技巧和端正的的客户服务态度.；
4.熟悉WINDOWS XP, LAN 局域网,及常用IT外围设备日常维护及安装；.
5.熟悉MS Outlook客户端支持和设置；
6.懂得灵活掌握和处理客户多样需求,并把握服务原则和底线；.
7.最低大专学历,全国各地员工平等雇佣；.
8.个别有技术特长(实战工作经验丰富人员)，学历可以放宽到 高中/中专，比如 熟悉常用PBX设置维护，小型公司机房布线，打印机维修等等；
9.有一定的英语基础。
