职位描述：
Responsibilities

? Provides technical assistance on Barracuda products to customers via phone, email and/or remote access.
? Understanding and documenting the customer's issues, managing expectations, and providing excellent customer service.
? Escalating customer’s technical product issues to Engineering team and working with them to achieve a resolution.
? Contribute to the Barracuda knowledge base, writing internal solutions, technical how-to articles, etc.

Qualifications

? At least 2～3 years of experience in Technical Support OR Networking
? B.S. in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience in a technical field
? Solid experience working with Internet Security and Networking Technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, Load balancers, Proxies and Firewalls
? Prior experience with web servers (Nginx, IIS and more)
? Prior experience with Linux operating systems
? Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
? Proven problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment
? Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
