Function: Parts & Service
Report to: PDC Manager
工作地点：长宁区红宝石路500号东银中心A座12楼，地铁10号线伊犁路站3号下，步行10分钟即到

Objective of Job:
? Effectively manage the warehouse team leader and blue collar to insure PDC daily activity
? Monitor warehouse workers’ performance based on KPI measurement (which include but not limit to Line per Hour, Error per
        thousand lines, Inventory cycle count accuracy etc.), and continuously seek for the improvements of the productivity and service quality
? Warehouse capacity planning and management
? Assist PDC manager for the budgeting, operational cost control initiatives to secure the PDC
? Supervision and management of the recovery / improvement action plans
? Monitor process quality

Major tasks and responsibilities:
? Warehouse outbound work Solely Responsible (S) 60%
? Data pulling and analysis for performance including developing KPI's for transportation tracking purposes and outbound
        work Solely Responsible (S) 30%
? Follow up for customer claim status and improvement with customer service team Co-Responsible (C) 10%

Qualifications:
Skills & Competence:
Skills - General Skills
? Language: basic English skill
? Familiar with Microsoft excel/SAP

Functionality Skills and Technical skills
? Excellent on excel
? Familiar with SAP WM, IM

Management and Leadership Skills
? Strong leadership and logical thinking ability. at least 3 years or above experience in the warehouse supervisor
? Higher service consciousness, to bear hardships, dedication, careful, serious, team cooperation spirit, responsible
? Quick thinking, good at communication, have strong communication skills, be able to deal with the sudden problems at any time;
? Careful and meticulous, can work under pressure

Experience and education
? 3 year experience in Automotive business warehouse and outbound transportation function experience is a must requirement. Education: College or above 举报 分享
