Responsibilities:

1.Auto Business Development项目开发拓展
a) Working together with Sales and OPS on new business development, which including doing feasibility study/contract & order review/quotation report.
与销售和生产部门一同开发新业务，包含项目可行性报告，合同/订单评审，项目报价。
b) Generate project proposal according to client's requirement.
按客户要求撰写项目项目计划书。

2. Project implementation项目实施
a) As a project leader, make sure the project is implemented smoothly and efficiently.
作为项目领导，保证项目高效顺利的进行。
b) Work out project implementation plan and work together with internal teams, which including operation team, IT team, HR with cost control and quality sensitive.
结合成本及质量控制方面的考量，与公司各部门，例如生产、IT、HR等协作，共同推动项目的实施。
c) During project ongoing phase, keep close communication with client on project regular review, which including business requirement fine-tuning, reporting, emergency handling.
在整个项目运行过程中与客户保持密切的联系和沟通，包括意见改善，进展报告及危机事件处理。
3. Project review
a) Responsible for complete project review presentation, which including statistic report review, lesson and learn, suggestion and findings.
负责整体项目评估汇报，包括项目运作评估、项目经验分析等等。

Qualifications and background experience:
Collage graduate or above.
本科学历或以上。
Over 2 years project manage working experience; issuance area working experience is strongly preferred.
2年以上项目管理工作经验；有保险业工作经验优先
Good interpersonal & communication skill; can work under high pressure;
良好的人际沟通和交流能力；能够在高压下工作；
Is service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated;
具有服务精神，认真负责，富有激情和能够自我激励；
Professional using on MS Office ;
熟练应用Office办公软件；
English is needed.
