EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

§ Develop business application based on technology from a pre-defined "Product Backlog" into a usable piece of functionality at a full cycle: designing, developing, testing, rolling-out, maintaining a solution

§ Be a team player and proactive in a scrum team

§ Manage yourself and your work: proactively reporting your work result to product owner/stakeholder; actively and regularly participating in all Scrum Meetings; keeping the sprint backlog up to date.

§ Have decision authority within the boundaries of the project guidelines to delivery on Scrum team goal of each cycle

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

§ BS or MS graduates (2013 or 2014) in computer science, engineering, financials, business or related areas

§ Working knowledge of Object-Oriented programming.

§ Good understanding of the software development life cycle and Scrum methodology.

§ Able to self-organize own work.

§ Has Analytic thinking and problem solving skills

§ English proficiency in both written and verbal communication

§ Good team player

§ Knowledge and experience in agile development

Within SAP Consulting, the Global Delivery Center (GDC) is a group that provides remote SAP consulting service to SAP customers. Operating out of Dalian , this group serves customers on a national and international basis via tight cooperation with other local SAP consulting teams. Global Delivery is a key initiative within SAP Consulting. Delivery of SAP consulting premium services from multiple locations, leveraging packaged services and enabling customer references in SAP's new solutions are our key objectives.
