职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for failure analysis of electronics products in various industrial applications. The responsibilities include analyzing production test failures, RMA failures to identify root cause (design, process, material or test) and propose effective corrective actions.
2. Liaise with customers and component suppliers to work on product design reliability improvement and component quality issue.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or its equivalent with at least 1-3 years’ hardware development/failure analysis experience in digital, analog and embedded product design.
2. More capable candidates will be considered for senior positions.
3. Ability to read and understand drawings (schematic, gerber, BOM) and specifications.
4. Ability to use various FA & testing tools (microscope, multimeter, oscilloscope, etc)
5. Strong logical thinking, problem solving and systematic analysis, and good reporting.
6. Proactive, result-oriented, good communication & presentation skills.
