工作描述：
1. 通过各种调研手段，深入理解目标客户需求，并转化为可行的产品概念；
2. 落实具体产品设计构思，编写产品策划方案、交互流程、页面原型等；
3. 收集用户反馈，分析用户行为及需求，对需求进行汇总、分析、筛选，并列入产品改进计划；
4. 持续监控并分析产品运营数据，评估目标达成情况，寻找发现可改进之处，提出并推动优化方案；
5. 根据市场发展情况梳理当前功能结构和产品逻辑，研究并跟进市场趋势变化和用户需求变化，发现产品发展的问题，提出解决方案及产品发展计划；
6. 持续跟踪同业竞争者动态，及目标行业的发展趋势，整理及汇总专项产品研究。

岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，对用户需求有深刻的认知，3年以上互联网行业产品相关经验；
2. 具有创新能力和较强的执行力，具备较好的发现和解决问题能力；
3. 具有较强的用户研究、用户体验设计能力；
4. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力；
5. 热爱互联网，关注互联网的新模式，熟悉各种互联网应用，长期活跃于各社区和SNS网站；
6. 熟练使用各类产品设计相关工具（Viso, Axure RP，MindManager等）；
7. 工作积极、主动、责任心强，工作有较强的计划性、条理性，有良好的工作协调和语言沟通能力；
8. 有较强的抗压能力和工作适应能力，能独立提出方案并解决问题；

Right now, Baiye’s “AlgoMatch” robot has read 100 million basic introductions of different companies, has analyzed 30 million executives and industry experts’ profiles, achievements and business relations, has learnt tremendous amount of M&A investment knowledge, historic transactions and study cases. It already has a preliminary understanding of the intention of the corporate mergers, can automatically recognize complex user requirements, can match in depth M&A investment projects and will further strengthen its precision in “listening, speaking, writing, matching” learning.
