职位描述：
Job Description
1. Develop a supply base that will have consistent deliveries, high quality levels and continual cost reductions.
2. Program manage cost reduction projects for each division;
3. Supply market research for regional and global requirements;
4. Visit current and potential suppliers as needed to facilitate strategic relationship and assist in supplier audits;
5. Responsible for supplier selection and development process;
6. Manage supplier performance and supplier relationships;
7. Analyze material cost trend and technology roadmap;
8. Support SQM on supplier quality improvement program;
9. Maintain productive supply relations align with different supplier
10. Negotiating cost reductions even when raw materials prices are going up;
11. All other duties as assigned by direct management.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree and above, Major in Mechanical or electrical，English
2. 3-5 years’ experiences in sourcing in electronics, ability to handle multiple tasks. Able to understand technical drawings and specifications.
3. Experience in supplier quality management or quality control, process control or mechanical design in manufacturing.
4. Strong problem solving and project management skills
5. Cost saving analysis and identifying opportunities for cost reduction
6. Knowledge-based negotiation on price, conditions, payment terms and contract requirement.
7. Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills both in spoken and written English
8. Strong skills in sourcing and supplier development management
