POSITION: Customer Service Representative

职位:客户服务代表

REPORTS TO: Account Manager

主要服务客户:北京现代仁和工厂,杨镇工厂


PURPOSE OF POSITION:

岗位目标:


· Provide on-site support and secure our goods is taken care of inside BHMC factory without unexpected damage or loss of goods

提供现场支持, 保证公司货物在北京现代工厂里的正常流通, 防止货物意外丢失和损伤

· Develop and maintain good relationship with various functional departments in customer side

与客户各个操作部门保持良好关系

· Bring customer voice back to Gentex.

将客户端的信息及时反馈给公司总部

· Become a front-line base inside of customer facilities to provide quick response to customer via daily routine

在客户端提供第一时间的服务响应,及时应对客户日常需求

· Develop and maintain a great image to customers

维系企业在客户中的良好形象


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Logistic and scheduling support物流支持:

1) Regular visit and contact with customer warehouse, consignment warehouse, production scheduling department in order to monitor customer volume variation, production schedule modification, etc.

定期拜访客户的仓库,物流中转库,生产线,计划订单部门已协调各方对我司产品供应的需求

2) Handing urgent premium freight case in order to ensure Gentex JIT performance

处理情况下的货运调拨以确保我司及时供货绩效

3) Coordinate/assist GSET scheduling and logistic department for assigned tasks

配合上海公司物流计划的工作

4) Monthly consignment warehouse physical count for products and returnable packaging. Prepare report and troubleshooting any variances of inventory gain/losses on monthly basis

每个月到中转物流仓库进行盘点,并按月对可回收包装物进行盘点,编制盘点报表,并对差异进行分析。

· Work shop floor support生产线支持:

1) Gather information / feedback from shop floor level.

获取生产线的客户反馈

2) Maintain regular contact with workshop team to ensure Gentex’s products supply in a orderly manner

与生产领班保持沟通以确保我司在产品供应方面的良好关系

3) Report workshop temporary inventory weekly.

按月提供月末临时库存报表。


· Quality issue support质量支持:

1) Build up firm and good relationship with shop floor level, especially, IQE, PQE, etc.

与基层质量人员保持紧密合作关系,特别是工艺工程师,产品工程师,等

2) Execute the defect parts return and claim procedure.

执行报废件的投诉和退还手续

3) Implement contingency plan to minimize quality issue impact.

执行应急方案以把质量问题的严重性将为最低

4) Coordinate/assist Gentex QC department for assigned tasks.

配合上海公司质量部门的工作

5) Collect and forward necessary information to GSET regarding quality complaint including picture, sample, defect description, etc.

收集传递有关质量投诉方面的信息。包括拍照,选样以及缺陷描述


· Program launch support项目开发支持:

1) Deliver samples to nominated place and collect related document.

递交样件到指定地点,并取得相关凭据

2) Submit formal all related quality document.

递交有关质量文件.

3) Gather and forward necessary info about any sample defect.

收集并传递有关样件方面的质量问题

4) Coordinate with Gentex program management team for assigned tasks.

配合上海公司项目开发部门的工作


· Other support其他支持:

1) Coordinate/assist GSET finance department for assigned tasks.

POSITION DEMANDS:

符合职位所需的条件


· Bachelor or college Science in Engineering is preferred

工程的大专或本科学历

· Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is preferred

最好有机械或电子工程设计的经验

· Reading and writing skill in English is a plus.

能读写英语

· Familiar with automotive standards, specifications and OEM procedures.

熟悉汽车行业标准,产品特性和整车厂程序

· 3years+ related CSE work experience is preferred.

· Ability to effectively communicate with GSET.
