职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:主要职责：
- 处理所有应付帐款包括入库确认，核对供应商发票与实际送货的价格和数量是否一致Handle all AP including stock-in confirmation, matching supplier invoices with actual deliveries in terms of price and quantities；
- 为协助管理层对采购物品的再议价准备一些综合报表Prepare some consolidated reports for stock purchases in order to support management for price renegotiation；
- 确保精确计算库存量数据和财务评估Ensure accurate physical stock calculation and accounting valuation；
- 负责跟进周期性费用的归档Prepare follow up file for recurrent expenses；
- 准备流动现金报表及定期支付表Prepare cash flow statement and calendar for regular payment；
- 与营运团队一起制定供应商支付流程Set up rules of suppliers payment with the operational team；
- 审核每月财务关帐/报表确保数据精确Review and challenge accounting monthly closing/reports to ensure data accuracy；
- 负责税单填写及每月控制和年末的税务申报Tax filling and control of monthly and year-end tax declaration；
- 处理所有政府部门有关行政和财务的检查Handle any admin/finance inspection by Chinese government；
- 准备销售/成本报表Prepare sales/cost report；
- 准备和协助年度审计Prepare and support yearly audit；
- 负责培训和协助出纳Train and support the cashier；
- 执行公司指派的其他特别任务Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Company.

REQUIREMENTS任职资格：
- 正直，诚实及有责任心Integrity, honesty and accountability in all dealings;
- 需执行保密职责Confidentiality bounded employee;
- 本科学历，1年以上工作经验，如有外资企业相关经验优先考虑At least bachelor with 1 year experience if possible in a foreign store;
- 擅长基本的算学技能Good in basic mathematics;
- 有能力操作重复性的工作并确保无差错Must have the ability to do repetitive work without any errors;
- 必须能维护电脑里所有的交易记录Must be able to maintain records regarding transactions on computers;
- 英语熟练，能与国外供应商和员工沟通Good level in English to be able to communicate with foreign suppliers and staff;
- 能在压力下工作。Able to work under pressure. 举报 分享
