职位描述：
Stakeholder responsible area & KPI
1. Totally manage supplier quality in supplier development, project management and mass production.
2. Lead supplier quality system and process audits for existing supplier base.
3. Investigate supplier quality issues from manufacturing or field and work directly with suppliers to ensure appropriate containment actions and
corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
4. Paticipate in drive PPAP in product/process qualification
5. Generate and maintain the database for qualified suppliers.

Knowledge and Skill
Effective problem-solving and coordination skills. Good project management skills.
Experience in utilization and application of quality management tools (APQP,MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP).
Experience in performing quality audits (process, system...)

Education Background
Bachelor degree or above major in Engineering (preferably mechanical/Electronic engineering).

Preferred Working Experience
More than 6 years experience in engineering or manufacturing environment in multinational company, in as air-conditioning , refrigeration and Auto company is preferred.
 At least 2 years experience in supplier development/quality field/engineering in a similar manufacture environment. 举报 分享
