思贝斯活动中心由新加坡大众集团与英国BBC合作成立，为中国3至12岁少儿提供英语学习。思贝斯于2015年成立第一家中心，第二家及第三家中心正处于筹备阶段，思贝斯为入职老师提供完善的基于剑桥标准的职前及在职培训，并提供广阔的晋升空间及晋升平台。
岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：
1）进行3至12岁少儿英语教学的课前准备、备课及授课；
Plan, prepare and teach English language lessons and workshops to children from 3 to 12 years old.
2）跟踪评估学生的学习进度及表现，并定期与家长沟通学生学习进度及情况；
Track and assess learners' progress and achievement, and communicate regularly with parents
3）在中心进行各类节庆活动的设计、准备及开展；
Support the work of the centre by planning, preparing and delivering exciting learning experiences to English language learners
4）在中心组织的特色活动及培训中发挥核心作用；
Play a central role in organising and delivering a variety of learning programmes, workshops and special events
5）定期参加公司组织的教研培训活动，不断提高自己的专业授课水平。
Develop your language teaching skills through a carefully structured training programme, aligned to international standards
任职要求 Requirements：
1）专科及以上学历，英语或相关专业；
A Bachelor Degree or above in English or a related area of study (Essential)
2）英语听说读写优秀，有卓越的英语表达沟通能力
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English (Essential)
3）有相关少儿英语独立带班经验；
Relevant experience of teaching English to children (Essential)
4）热爱少儿英语教育培训事业，并能针对不同年龄、阶层以及程度的儿童采用通不同的教学方法
Enthusiasm for teaching English using a variety of approaches, appropriate to age, level and context ‘
5）对英语学生遇到的问题有同理心；
Empathy for the difficulties children face when learning English as a foreign language
6）卓越的组织协调能力；
Strong organisational skills
7）与同事友好相处，有团队合作意识；
Ability to work within a close knit team of Language Assistants and Instructors
8）能适应与少儿儿童一起工作。
Suitability to work with young children as part of a professional teaching team.
