职位描述：
Job Summary：
Collect and analyze business requirements by working closely with different departments, such as Finance, Warehouse and Planning.Develop enterprise level BI solutions by creating simple to complex data models, reports and dashboard by leveraging the Microsoft BI technologies including SQL Server 2012, Reporting Services (SSRS), Analysis Services (SSAS, Integration Services (SSIS) and Sharepoint.

Responsibilities：
1.Work independently or work together corporate IT to collect and analyze business requirements.
2.Identify the multiple enterprise data sources such as Oracle ERP systems, MES system, customized databases, etc.
3.Develop SSIS packages to Extract, Transform and load the data into reporting databases or data marts from different data sources.
4.Manipulate and Model the data using SQL/Transact-SQL language.
5.Create and deploy the reports using SQL Server Data Tool and Sharepoint.
6.Document the processes of data integration, modelling, report developments.
7.Train end users how to use the reports.

Qualifications and Experience：
1.Bachelor/Master Degrees or higher, major in computer science/MIS .
2.At least 3 years(Bachelor) or 1 year(Master) of experiences with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems.
3.Strong SSIS/T-SQL programming, Performance tuning and debugging skills.
4.Experience with Microsoft development tools and technologies including SQL Server 2008/ 2012, SSIS/SSAS/SSRS.
5.Willing to learn, team work oriented, self-motivated and with good interpersonal communication skills.
6.Fluent oral and written communications in English
