INTODESIGN, a high quality shoe ware design company is looking for a person capable of leading everyday operations within the factory in Pudong (Shanghai).
The main role will be organizing the administration of the factory, cooperating and liaising with personnel of the whole INTODESIGN Holding group.
Tasks will include:

1. Making sure all personnel fulfills their responsibilities and tasks professionally and punctually
2. Motivate team to guarantee maximum performance of all employees and of the production
3. Will be responsible of all operations within factory, coordinating and improving the operation of the factory
4. Will be responsible of the facilities' maintenance (hygiene and functioning)
5. Help and cooperate in the creation and development of production strategies and find ways to maximize resources
6. Solve any issues arising from daily operations
7. Efficiently and effectively execute production, quality control and distribution plans
8. Defend the company 's interests
9. Daily reports to managerial team of all events occurring in the factory.
10. Maintain and preserve personnel's' integrity, work ethic and take action if necessary

Requisites:
Excellent managerial skills (experience managing companies, especially factories).
Proactive
Excellent communication skills
Leadership skills
Good presence
Formal
Minimum basic IT skills
4 year experience minimum in relevant management position
Living in Shanghai

Preferences:
Proficiency in English or Spanish will be a plus
Own car and driver's licence
