职位描述：
Job Description:
1) He/she will be required to provide professional IT daily support and data/voice infrastructure administration to the sites under his care. At times, he/she maybe required to lead and assist other team members in other sites.
2) Support and manage Apple/Microsoft related server and system, enhance desktop security and performance for his/her concerned site. Also contribute to technical solution of infrastructure service, including AD, Exchange, Fileserver, WSUS, SCCM or Airwatch, VMware etc.
3) Manage servers, storage and related system to support business applications.
4) Manage IT-related fixed assets, manage the lifecycles of these assets, ensuring proper maintenance and provide alerts of refreshment
5) Ensuring appropriate infrastructure designs (including network equipment configuration or IPSec tunnel configurations) to deliver optimal system performance, meeting our user’s business operational and service management objectives is also expected

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above qualifications, information technology, computer and related professionals.
2. Minimum 6+year experience in IT a similar role with multinational company
3. 3+year experience on server and storage management
4. 2+ years network management or project management experience
5. Familiar with Apple/Microsoft operations system and office products (office 365, SharePoint, one note, Lync, one drive etc.)
6. Familiar with the knowledge of Windows AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Exchange, Office365
7. Ability to take ownership of technical issues, perform escalations and to resolve issues promptly
8. Proactive and resourceful with a high level of independence working in fast paced environment
9. Maintain awareness of related programs and projects to ensure that common goals and objectives are met and the required integration is achieved
10. Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
11. Regular evaluation of technology, available external solutions, business practice and solutions, in-house skills, interpretation of internal best practice skills
