职位描述：
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 
1.Proactively participate sales activities for existing and potential customers within sector.
2.Apply the defined sales management process to maximize sales opportunities and increase market penetration to customers.
3.Develop new accounts / customers and build a high level long term relationship with customer in assigned area.
4.Provide extensive demonstration of company products to potential customers and provide engineering solutions by collaborating with technical support team & sales team.
5.Manage and develop the growth of sales volume & profits in key products and ensure successful introduction of new products into the assigned market aera.
6.Timely reporting on weekly / monthly activities, business plans and movement in key projects.
7.75% of working time should be based on customer/prospects side.

Qualifications & Experience:
1.Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering related discipline;
2.More than 3 years experience in sales & marketing in industry;
3.Strong sales channel management experience with distributors;
4.Experience in keeping and developing tight relationship with customers in the past;
5.Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Language: Good command of English & Mandarin in written.
Computer skills: Mastery of MS Office software, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
